Calling all families, we are here for you! Come enjoy our many family-focused amenities designed for your comfort while shopping at Westshore Town Centre.
- Family Reserved Parking spaces are conveniently-located at the Tommy Guns entrance, and near the brick walkway by Carter’s/OshKosh.
- A separate Family Washroom is located next to the public washrooms.
- Our West coast-themed children’s Play Area is located in the courtyard nearest to Winners/HomeSense.
- Forget something at home? Grab a Baby Backup Kit (complete with diapers and wipes) from the Management Office.
- Our Mother’s Nursing Room is located down the hallway next to Dollarama. We also have as baby change tables in the men’s and women’s washrooms.
- Shoppers Drug Mart’s V.I.B. (Very Important Baby) Program is an exclusive membership that helps expecting or new parents by providing expert advice and valuable offers. Sign-up in-store to receive a care package of samples and coupons.
PLAY AREA
Let’s play! We invite you and your family to visit our indoor children’s play area! It is the first of its kind in Victoria and a welcoming space for both children and parents to have some fun or simply relax.
First opened in February 2015, the play area transformed the north courtyard to include a giant black cottonwood tree, animals indigenous to British Columbia, a float plane, beaver dam entrance and much more! The area includes family seating, soft-play elements, padded recycled flooring and many non-digital activities on the surrounding inside walls. It is open during shopping centre hours and is located in the courtyard nearest to Winners/HomeSense.
Parental supervision is required at all times. Don’t forget to take your shoes off (adults and children please!) and use inside voices.
