If you’re a mama, chances are you spend the majority of your time looking after your little(s), and if there’s any time left, you do your best to pay attention to your significant other, or put the house back together, or sleep. Often the idea of doing something for ourselves goes right out the window.
Even though we know full well that self-care should be at the top of our priority list (we cannot fill the cup of others if our own cup is empty!), it seems to be the first thing that is pushed aside and replaced by pretty much anything else that’s going on.
We care about you mama! And we want to help you fill your cup. To that end, we’re starting up a self-care series in our blogs.
Over the next few months, we’ll share with you a few ideas for self-care that we hope will inspire you to spend a minute (or 30) and take care of you. Some will be simple and take only a moment out of your day, whereas a couple of others might need a little planning. All are designed to spark a little joy in your life, refresh you and hopefully remind you that you are worthy of making the investment of both time and energy.
