Sue’s Pick: “My favorite cookbook is “Yum And Yummer” by Greta Podleski! It’s a great, comprehensive cookbook with such a range of great tasting recipes, it’s hard to believe that they’re healthy!! it’s hard to pick just one recipe, but I’m choosing the Roasted Asian Salmon Fillets! They are so tasty and it’s a quick simple recipe that takes no time to make and is good hot or cold and with a salad on the side which is great in the summer!”
Cathy’s Pick: “I love the cookbook “Onboards” by Lisa Dawn Bolton. There are so many delicious ideas for putting together boards. Every page is complete with colour photos and inspiration for creating the most delicious, mouth watering spreads and accompanying home made dips.
