The North Pole is taking over Westshore Town Centre and Santa is back for family photos!

Everything you need to know about photos with Santa is below, please review all of the information carefully before making your booking:

• Photos with Santa are by appointment only.
• Ready to book? Scroll down the page and click on the blue button marked “book here.”
• Important – on the booking page, once you click on your preferred date and time, that time is held for you while you fill out the necessary information fields. Please take your time to read through each question so that we can get everything we need to ensure your experience is magical.
• Be sure to enter your e-mail address very carefully!  Your confirmation (and photos!) will be sent to that e-mail address.

 

A little more info:

• Appointments for dates from December 6 to 24, 2025 will be available for booking beginning Sunday, November 30, 2025 at 9:00 AM.
• Appointments for sensory-sensitive, pet-friendly (see note below), and photos without Santa are also available.
• If you have a question about your appointment or need to cancel, please reply to your confirmation e-mail and our photographer will assist you.
• Cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance and will incur a $4.00 cancellation fee – cancellations made within 24 hours of appointment time will not receive a refund.

 

A note about pet-friendly times:

• Pets may only attend during specific times noted on the booking site.
• Well-behaved animals only please.
• Please arrive and exit by the Coast Capital Savings entrance doors only.
• Animals are not permitted in the shopping centre outside of these special dedicated times. We kindly ask that your party please respect the above requests so that we can continue to offer these special opportunities.

 

Please arrive 10-15 minutes before your appointment. To keep bookings on time, your appointment will not be held if you are late. Missed appointments will not be refunded.

 

Pricing:

• $31.99 plus applicable taxes and includes:
  • 4″x 6″printed photo in a protective folder
  • and a digital download
• Extra print and digital download $9.99 plus applicable taxes
• Only credit and debit cards will be accepted if purchasing additional images at time of appointment (no cash)
• Multi-photo packages are also available
