UPCYCLED is a 5-day pop-up hosted by ReImagine West Shore, a community of climate-conscious people who host public conversations, gatherings, and events to inspire a more caring and sustainable future in the Westshore.

Opening on Tuesday, April 22, Earth Day, the pop-up features an upcycled art show, information about sustainable living, and a tomato plant giveaway – see below for details and how you can get involved!

👗 Art Show & Awards:

  • The art show, featuring the work of Royal Bay Secondary School students, highlights how people can positively impact the environment by developing circular economies, reducing waste, and minimizing their footprint
  • The show features upcycled fashion, fibre arts, home décor, 2D and 3D works of art that tell a story
  • Visitors to the show will have an opportunity to vote on the People’s Choice Award – be sure to return to the pop-up on Saturday, April 26 at 3:00 PM for the awards presentation!

🍅 The West Shore Tomato Challenge

  • Also on Saturday, April 26th ReImagine West Shore launches the West Shore Tomato Challenge where they’ll give away local, organic tomato seedlings
