It’s 11 a.m., do you know where your lunch is coming from?
I do! Well, ask me today and it’s the Cambodian Jungle Curry Box from Noodlebox (yellow curry and coconut broth simmered with rice noodles, Asian greens, sprouts, onions, peppers, cilantro and mango). Tomorrow, I’m leaning towards the Crispy Shanghai Chicken Box, also from Noodlebox, aka fried chicken bites wok-fried in a sweet chili glaze with peppers, ginger, cashews, carrot and Asian slaw all served on a bed of jasmine rice). Friday . . . because well, fri-yay! . . . I’m definitely treating myself to the Bombay Mac & Cheese Box, from, you guessed it, Noodlebox! Think: cheesy coconut vindaloo sauce simmered with macaroni, fried paneer, spinach, fresh tomatoes, onions, garlic and cilantro.
